I Love Me

And just like that it’s the last dayclean in February. I love how we close Black History Month, and open Women’s History Month, just as Mother Earth is renewing herself. I feel like it is a powerful signal for the ecowomanists among us - those at the intersections of black and woman and ag/environment.

Alicia Keys is widely known for her prowess on the piano, but she partnered up with Khalid on what seems like a perfect meditation manifesto in So Done.  I’ve been so done with so much of the many images, characters, values, and ways of  showing up in this world that are out of synch with my own image and principles. Give thanks for the words and concepts to help me articulate to myself the way I want to show up in the world. And to truly love it. #loveme
