Peace from Pieces

It’s a another truly beautiful #SoftSistarSoulSunday and I’m meditating on the habits can I practice or enhance to better support my inner harmony and balance in spite of the lies and chaos in the world around me QueenSis.

The injustices I experience (directly and indirectly) can chip away at my peace, leaving me feeling like so many battered and shattered pieces sometimes. But oh give thanks for the power of perspective! It helps me operate each day with the understanding that I am a small yet essential piece of a much larger mosaic that spans geographies and generations. I was created for a specific purpose, and that truth does not change just because I encounter injustice. Somebody cue up the lovely Ledisi - these are the Pieces of Me. #PeacefromPieces
