Remindfulness
Today’s meditation is short and sweet: remember to enjoy this moment QueenSiS. And of course I’m taking my musical cue from the Jackson 5’s Enjoy Yourself.
Mindfulness is a good way to remember to enjoy the moments, but I’ve learned it is a daily practice, not a one time fix. Give thanks for building habits of being self-aware, experiencing more fully the sights, sounds, tastes, smells, even the feel of textures around me, and truly enjoying the present moments for what they are (a divine gift)! #mindfuljoyful
