Hello February!

I’m getting lifted this first dayclean of February QueenSiS! This the month set aside to amplify the Black history we are learning and making all year long. And, it is the month set aside to put a little extra celebration on the loves in our life.

And given all the chaos and shenanigans and enemy energy swirling around right now, I’m deeply thankful for this opportunity to quietly meditate on the actions I can take to lift my spirits and encourage my mind. It’s giving lean all the way into the lyrics from the lovely Ledisi’s love letter in Higher Than This QueenSiS! I’m deciding every day to choose an attitude that can take me higher and lift others up in the process. #GetLiftedLady
