She’s Clever

A blessed dayclean on a Service Saturday and I’m meditating on all the skills and abilities the Creator blessed me to have on this life. One of my favorite songs from Mama’s Gun by the exceptional Erykah Badu is Cleva. I appreciate all the lyrics, but especially the question “but why come I’m the last to know?”

I may not have given my self enough credit for my many clever qualities sometimes. This may be due to my preference for behind the scenes work, and may also be due feeling that others have not given me just credit. But give thanks for learning how to purposefully amplify my skills and abilities in this season. It is a perfect time to more effectively leverage what I can do to improve my own lived experience, and co-create a more abundant life for others as well. #shesclever
