Growing Elder

I’ve been thinking about the aging process a lot over the past few years, due in no small part to the experiences with my parents and Aunt Dot. I don’t just want to grow old, I want to age gracefully.

The lovely Lila Ike says “pray for health and strength and life and length and peace of mind” in Where I’m Coming From, and that is an entire prayer indeed. Give thanks for time and resources and knowledge of steps I can take now to help me be better prepared and positioned for my elderhood later. #growingelder
