Unity in Diversity)

Diversity is my meditation for this dayclean, unity in diversity to put a finer point on it. I’m thinking about how so many of us have been signaled that we need to be more like “white” to be accepted and protected in America, and how wring that approach is for all of us.

Truth is the Divine Creator was intentional with every one of us. We are supposed to look differently, speak differently, and believe differently; while still holding equal value and worth in humanity, with equally important contributions made and yet to make to the world story. I pray daily for this reality. I think that’s what Sly & The Family Stone meant: thank you for letting me be myself again. #UnityinDiversity
