What the Heart Wants

It was the joy of music at the RVA Jazz & Music Festival this weekend, complete with Jodeci singing songs straight to my 20 year-old heart. The saying goes the heart wants what the heart wants. Meditating this dayclean on how It might also be said the heart wants what the mind suggests.

I’m learning that what I think of constantly can eventually manifest in my life in some ways. Hence the need to be vigilant and intentional about my daily, hourly, even moment-by-moment thoughts. I want to build a habit of making beautiful, peaceful, joyful, grateful and useful suggestions to my heart QueenSiS. That way my life can flow with the very things I told my heart to desire. #MindToHeart
