Be Prepared

The Sounds of Blackness have beautifully blessed us with so many words of wisdom for the ages QueenSiS. I’m meditating on a line from Black Butterfly this dayclean: “What’s going on? Truth not revealed unless they choose to see.”

I’m learning the truth of what is going on is often revealed in patterns - similar financial, political, social, and environmental ‘shifts’ will keep coming back around as long as I live. I’m reminding myself to work on my strategies to be able to weather these inevitable, cyclical changes. I want stability, safety, and sustainability no matter what might be shifting at any given moment, and I can create it with what I have if I get prepared right now. #BePreparedStayPrepared
