No Regrets

Dayclean is the first part of the morning, the 2-5am part. I’m up meditating on regrets and Anna Nalick is too, reminding me that “no one can find the rewind button” in Breathe.

My mother is not in ideal health and hasn’t been for a while. Sometimes I think of her life lived and dreams deferred, of those of so many mothers’ mothers, and feel a profound sense of regret. But I think instead, I should be reminded to live in fullness, in beauty and in joy, to pay them all tribute. I can’t relive life - theirs or mine. And I don’t think life will not get any easier, but I do believe I can get better at living it. To look back without regret, only with gratitude. #NoRegrets
