The Energies

One of my dear friends came to spend some time at the SiStar Retreat this weekend and we talked about energy. Oh, what an ever important and often overlooked concept. The lovely Lalah Hathaway blessed us with The Energyand it’s giving exactly what I want to have this dayclean.

I feel like I got a key to life when I learned that people give and receive energy all the time. It is important for me to be very intentional about the energies I allow around me because those energies can quickly take up residence inside me. And what is inside will eventually come out QueenSiS! Give thanks for the ability to choose to be around beautiful, joyful, uplifting, inspiring energies.
