Divine Details

I’m usually a big fan of old sayings, but I never did like that one about the devil being in the details. And I think I’m going to start saying the divine is in the details instead. Maybe years and years from now it will be a new old saying.

I feel like saying the devil is in the details  can paint specificity, planning, and intentionality in a negative light. It can make it seem as though getting to the fine details is something to avoid or dread. But one look at the clouds in the sky, or petals on a flower, or wings on a butterfly, and it is clear to me that the Creator Divine delights in the details! #DivineDetails
