Beyond the Fault Lines
Been meditating on the work it takes to live interdependently, in community, and to show up in loving partnership each day. A lot of the work for me has to do with me finding fault in others. I will generally draw a bright red line in the sand when it comes to mistreatment.
Sometimes that practice makes sense and sometimes, Iām learning, there is danger in failing to move beyond the fault lines. Just like a volcano, if there is unexpected shifting around those fractures it may cause an eruption and irreparable damage in the future of relationships I actually want to - need to - maintain. Praying to remember that we are all so much more than our last poor decision, that the Divine Creator is always looking beyond my own faults and focusing on my future. #NoFault
