Someone Else Can Do It

Meditating on delegating this dayclean. This is a big challenge for me, but I’m glad to say I’ve been stepping up to it. I’m learning more each day how to exercise discernment in delegation, then have faith that the job will get done in divine order.

The beauty about delegation is not just that it frees up valuable space and time for me to work, play, and live in a healthy, balanced way; I think delegation also helps build community and togetherness. When more people have an opportunity to play a role in the work, then more people can share the joy of a job well done. Like QueenBey sings in Be Alive, when we win we will have pride! #shedelegatedthat
